The Doya caldera was formed through several-time eruptions at the last interglacial period about 100,000 years ago. The descent volcanic ash by the last large-scale eruption is seen in the stratum within the range wide in which it puts it from Hokkaido on Tohoku. The plateau with the pyroclastic flow deposit is formed around the caldera wall. The lake was polluted by the mine wastewater poured away from the sulfur mine according to the hood that operated from before the war to 1955's as it is by the strong acid like PH2 in 1955's and a lot of living things died out. However, when Mount Usu erupted greatly in 1977, and a large amount of volcanic ash poured down over the Doya lake, it became shape that an acid lake was neutralized by an alkaline volcanic ash, and acidity is eased as a result.

1.The beginning
There is working that prevents the blood pressure from rising rapidly in this though the dirt of the body is flushed beforehand with the shower and the hot water of putting before it is soaked to the bathtub. The blood pressure increased when the bulging of an artery is urged by sprinkling the hot water from ends such as hands and feet to the head, and it gets into the tub is softened. Moreover, it is said that stand on one's feeting saddle when going out of the bathtub with the hot water of putting to the head can be prevented. The death will be suddenly prevented beforehand by doing an enough hot water of putting in the bathroom when thinking about the adverse effect on the body though there is getting into the tub suddenly, too. Especially, because the hot spring etc. are baths that many and unspecified people take, it is manners to put sanitary and to do the hot water. Moreover, it is said that the effect of the hot spring and bath oil continues for three hours after though there is doing the hot water of going up when going up from the bath. Therefore, it is assumed that you should not flush the element with one and the strong acid to which the skin is weak excluding the hot spring where stimulation is strong.

2.Bathing
Recently, there might be a lot of people of not knowing the effect though it often hears of half of his/her body of the word. Though it is the one often said by parents, "Be soaked to the shoulder" in childhood. Soaked to this shoulder is bathing method that Japanese like most in the plunge baths. It is half of its body and soaked is partial only in the segment of the body such as hands and feet. soaked around of the stomachHalf of one's body is suitable for the troubles' there on the heart and lungs especially because hydraulic pressure doesn't hang in the cardiopulmonary. Partial is the one that the entire body gets warm while blood to which only the hand and the foot were warmed about 15 parts of the hot water (On the way, while adding the hot water several times) by soaking comes round the whole body. It is effective in the time of the cold and the cold character, cramps, the stiff neck, muscular pain, and the feeling of worthlessness, etc.

3.The head is cooled.
This says the facial cooling and is a method that comes not to daze it easily even because of bathing for a long time by cooling the head though the spectacle to put the towel on the head while stepping into a bath is often seen. There is similar effect also in outdoor hot spring, and so-called 'Keeping one's head cool and feet warm'Men of old times had wisdom in the experience head was and it was not easy to daze it.

The highest tower in northern Japan stands 147.2 meters.

It's a good place to get an orientation on Sapporo and beyond.

There arc elevators that go to the observation deck, and the fee is \700 for
adults, \600 for high school students, \400 for junior high school students, \300 for elementary
school students and \100 for children.

The TV Tower is great for those who've forgotten their watches.

The time is displayed near the top. To me the TV Tower has a stolid appearance that re-
fleets the character of Sapporo's people

It may be less than half the size of the Eiffel Tower, but it
100ks out on one of the best parks in the world and
stands guard over the famous Snow Festival.

This symbol of Sapporo has come to represent the heart of the city.
Crowds of Japanese tourists gather in front for a photograph no matter what the weather.

Their trip to Sapporo would be incomplete without that special memorial picture.
The tower was built in 1 878 as part of the martial arts hall for Sapporo Agricultural College.

It was designated an Important Cultural Property in 1 970,
but I frankly can 't understand what all the fuss is about.
This may be because a number of tall buildings dwarf the diminutive tower and take away from its splendor.

It has even made the sardonic rankings of the Nihon Sandai Gakkari
(Japan's Top Three Disappointments), along with Shureimon (Okinawa) and Harimaya Bridge
(Kochi).

A small museum is housed inside the building, and you can walk through it rather quickly. It is right on your way if you're going from Odori Park to Sapporo Station or vice versa.
The entrance fee is ~;200 for adults. Open 8:45 a.m.
to 5: 10 p.m. Closed Mon. and Dec. 29 to Jan. 3.

Its nickname is "Old Red Brick," and the central dome design was inspired by the old Massachu-setts State House.

You're free to roam inside and sit at the table where the course for Sapporo was established by the Colonization Commission.

Open 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Dec. 29 to
