Sapporo television tower

The highest tower in northern Japan stands 147.2 meters.

It's a good place to get an orientation on Sapporo and beyond.

There arc elevators that go to the observation deck, and the fee is \700 for
adults, \600 for high school students, \400 for junior high school students, \300 for elementary
school students and \100 for children.

The TV Tower is great for those who've forgotten their watches.

The time is displayed near the top. To me the TV Tower has a stolid appearance that re-
fleets the character of Sapporo's people
